COLOSSAL
for vast Transformational Leaders who've always been different, who are done looping
You've been different since you were a child.
Not in a way that needed explaining. Not in a way you chose. Just.....different.
You saw things people around you didn't see. You felt the weight of things people around you didn't feel. You knew things before you had language for knowing them.
And you learned, early, what that costs.
You know you're colossal.
Not because someone told you. Because you've felt it your whole life, this enormous thing living inside you that your outer life has never quite matched.
You know you're vast.
You know there's more available to you. More expression. More authority. More aliveness. More of the life that your inner knowing has been pointing to for years.
And year after year, you see the gap.
Between what you know you are and how you actually live. Between what you feel in your body when you're alone and what you allow yourself to be in the world. Between the woman you know yourself to be and the woman you present.
The gap doesn't shrink. It grows. And with it grows something else; a quiet, particular kind of anger. Not at the world. At yourself. For wasting time. For not standing for yourself. For not becoming the vessel that consciously and unapologetically exemplifies God. For another year of circling when you KNOW better.
Here's what's actually happening.
The issue isn't confidence. You're not lacking confidence. You've walked into rooms and commanded them without trying. You've spoken and watched people go still. You've led, built, served, created; and done it well.
The issue isn't visibility. You're already visible to some degree. People already know you. People already pay you.
The issue is what happens when you stop holding back.
You already know this. You've known it for a long time. You understand, at a cellular level, what it means to become fully visible. To stop managing your presence. To stop softening the edges. To stop editing what comes through you before it reaches the room.
You know what gets unleashed when a woman like you stops looping.
And that's exactly what you're both afraid of and hungry for.
Power is life force.
Life force attracts. It always has. It attracts attention, projection, devotion, obsession, envy, desire. It attracts the people who want to bow to you and the people who want to devour you, often simultaneously, sometimes from the same person.
You know this. You've felt people become carnivorous around you. You've watched what happens when you let "too much" through; the way the room shifts, the way people reach, the way something in them activates that you didn't ask to activate.
So you learned to manage it.
You fear being attacked and deeply loved. You fear being wrongly perceived, and being taken down for it. You fear the cost and what it means to become irresistible. You fear discovering you actually like it, being power hungry, the attention, the weight of your own presence. You fear there's no version of this where you remain safe, and yet, it's precisely what would satiate you.
You fear losing the belonging you've carefully maintained. You fear losing the respect of the people who respect the smaller version of you.
And underneath all of it, the fear that doesn't have a clean name, is the fear of becoming wholly responsible for what you are. God. The All.
Because if you stop circling, there's no more delay and pretending you don't know.
If you keep looping...
The gap stays. You keep leading at a fraction of what you know you're capable of. You keep resenting rooms that are too small for you, and then resenting yourself for staying in them.
Your work stays good, but not full. Your money stays acceptable, but not matching. You stay legible to people who can only hold a portion of you, and you keep making yourself fit.
The woman you know you are keeps waiting, a quiet regret looms, only to be shoved into the unconscious if abandoned, only to shoot into your life in unconscious ways for the rest of your life.
And if you're a parent of small children, as the great Carl Jung famously said, "The greatest burden a child must bear is the unlived life of its parents."
That's not a tragedy. It's a choice. And you have the power to choose now.
COLOSSAL....
is a five-month immersion for Transformational Leaders who've always been different, who are done looping, and are ready to lead with access to ALL of themselves.
Not to be inspired. Not to feel good about themselves for a few days. To end it.
This is not for beginners. This is not for women who are still deciding if they want to do the work. This is for Transformational Leaders who KNOW, who has known for a long time, and is ready to stop negotiating with herself about it.
Over five months, we work on what is actually in the way.
Not the surface version of the problem. The root. The mechanism underneath the looping. The specific ways you participate in keeping yourself beneath your own knowing; how you edit, soften, delay, and negotiate, and what drives each of them.
You'll immerse in the Own All Energies© practice. It teaches you to stop rejecting the parts of yourself that you've been managing around Desire. Aggression. Power. Ambition. Tenderness. Shadow. The full human range, not suppressed or performed. Integrated.
This is visceral work. It produces real-world results. When you stop spending your energy managing what leaks through, you have more of it for everything else. Your work. Your leadership. Your money. Your life.
What's included:

- Weekly connection and accountability Zoom calls with Naima
- An accountability partner and weekly partner meetings
- A potent space to engage the Own All Energies© practice; built, sustained, and deepened across almost six months
- A minimum 30-day implementation period upon entry so the work lands in your actual life, not just in sessions

This is not for every woman who feels she's meant for more.
It's for Transformational Leaders who've always been different, who are tired of looping. Who've tried other things. Who already knows the work is inner work and is done pretending otherwise. Who's ready to stop living beneath her own knowing and let her outer life begin to match what she's always felt on the inside.
If that's you, apply below.
COLOSSAL is a five-month container with Naima Singletary, founder of The Academy for Womanhood, and creator of the Primal Heart philosophy and Own All Energies© method.
WHO'S NAIMA?

Naima is a seven-figure mentor and advisor specializing in power development, primal shadow integration, and high-capacity leadership.
At the peak of her early success as a coach, she encountered a threshold most leaders never cross, the psychological and physiological demands required to hold full power, visibility, and authority.
Without a framework or environment capable of stabilizing that level of expansion, her system destabilized.
What followed was a multi-year period of collapse, avoidance, and confrontation with the limits of unintegrated power.
That period became an integral part of the foundation of her current work.
Since 2019, Naima has operated as a power scientist, studying and applying the mechanics of suppressed instinct, primal shadow integration, and nervous system stabilization under real-world pressure.
Her work focuses on individuals who already have power, but are constrained by what they have not yet integrated.
She is known for working beyond surface-level performance, addressing the internal structures that determine whether power can be held, directed, and sustained at higher levels.
